This basement kitchen was originally dark, gloomy and cold with very little natural light. The fabulous extension with all of that wonderful use of glass allows light to flood through the whole room. The new kitchen is completely unrecognisable from the old one. My client chose modern handleless Linear cabinetry painted in Farrow and Ball’s Plummet. The worktop is Compac Carrara quartz 30mm. The wonderful dark grey shade of the cabinetry works so well against the white walls and light filled space that embodies the extension. This kitchen has some efficient storage and the position of the island allows my clients to look out across the whole room and into the garden. I particularly like the finishing touches they chose including the Cohen pendant lights from Heal’s and the navy blue glass splashback behind the hob.
I would highly recommend Elisa for helping to design your kitchen project. She worked tirelessly to ensure that we got what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. She is extremely friendly, dedicated to her work and nothing was too much trouble. in addition to the pure design of the kitchen which was excellent and very practical she also offered very helpful ideas on where to source all the goods we needed (e.g. bar stools, work tops, appliances, the kitchen). It was unbelievably helpful and saved us a lot of time. The service is extremely bespoke, and is nothing like the kind of service you would get from a big designer / supplier. Everybody should use Elisa to help with their kitchen project – it will make your life much easier and you will end up with a great product and also at reasonable prices!
