This kitchen with its mix of gloss and concrete effect melamine cabinetry takes on an almost ethereal quality with its cool grey hues.  The punchy raspberry glass backsplash adds light and fun to what might otherwise have been an austere scheme.  My very friendly and sociable clients have always wanted to have a kitchen where they could entertain and chat to guests while cooking.  Having the kitchen island with an induction hob in the middle of it allows exactly that.  As you enter the room, the first thing you see is the waterfall island quartz end panel which has a gorgeous sparkle running through it.  The natural light from the skylights and the artificial lights under the wall units both serve to highlight the raspberry hue of the glass backsplash and the sparkle running throughout the worktop.  This kitchen forms a lovey extension but there were limitations with the space and we had to carefully consider the best way in which to use it.  The final kitchen is glamourous but practical and is a fantastic addition to their home.
